Our mission is “through innovation and education, we advance the success of Oregon dairy farmers and dairy communities to inspire lifetime consumers.” Under the supervision of our executive director, our team of professionals develop and execute a strategic plan that includes programming in nutrition, school wellness, communications, and business development.  

We have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our small team.

This position works closely with and in support of the Chief Financial Officer in the areas of accounting, assessment management, contracts/records management, and general office management duties.  This position also acts as the internal contact for employees in the matters of expense reimbursement and credit card expense reconciliation. 

Other responsibilities include:
·      Process accounts payable, other cash disbursements, accounts receivable, and other cash receipts.
·      Assist with monthly accounting close process including account reconciliations, journal entries, and internal and external financial reporting.

·      Manage the sending, signing, and tracking of all contract documents.
·      Assist employees with supply orders, office-related needs, and operations-related questions.
·      Coordinate Board meetings and event accommodations.

This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support or operational role, such as Office Manager, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Supervisor, etc.  Experience with bookkeeping and general accounting procedures are required.

·      Strong, persuasive writing skills and good grammar.
·      Ability to effectively manage and adjust workload/priorities independently.
·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
·      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be solution oriented.
·      Accountability for own decisions and work outcomes.

The Operations Manager position is full-time and works a hybrid schedule with 3 days in our office located in Tigard. The position is non-exempt with a pay range of $26.54- $31.85 per hour, depending on experience.
